Yes, this is a full family community gathering and over 10,000 have already registered. Every attending member needs to be registered.
Four session halls plus the expo. Hall 1 is the main stage with the big keynotes and the awards night. Hall 2 is the Youth Wing. Hall 3 has six practical workshops. Hall 4 is Vysya Shark Tank. Hall 5 is the convention centre basement with 26 stalls, and Hall 6 is a separate stall hall with 34 stalls and a coffee shop.
If you want the big picture and the atmosphere, Hall 1. If you want a skill you can use on Monday, Hall 3. If you are young or starting out, Hall 2. If you want to see new businesses pitch, Hall 4.
Yes. All halls run in parallel and you are free to walk between them. Use the map on this page to plan which sessions you want to catch.
Most sessions are in Tamil, with English used where the speaker prefers it. It is a bilingual crowd and speakers usually mix both.
Breakfast 7:30 to 9:45 AM, lunch 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, dinner 8:00 to 9:30 PM. Tea and snacks in two sessions, and water is available all day. Please finish your meal within 15 minutes so everyone gets a turn.
Food is arranged for attendees. There are no private food stalls or paid counters inside the venue.
60 stall plots in total, 26 in Hall 5 and 34 in Hall 6. The exhibitors are grouped into five zones: Business Opportunities, Business Solutions, Community, Future Industries, and Government and Advisory.
8:00 to 9:00 PM in Hall 1, right after the Chairman's closing address and the core team felicitation. Awards are given across Women, Youth, Business, Community Seva and Never Ever Before categories.
In Hall 4 from 10 AM to 5 PM, 15 startups and MSMEs pitch live to three jurors. Twelve companies are already confirmed on the lineup.
VITO is the Vysya International Trade Organisation super app, twelve platforms sharing one Vysya Passport: Connect, Trade, Fund, Learn, Meet, Health, Heritage, Bandhan, Entertain, Kids, Buy and Jobs. It launches on stage in Hall 1 at 12:40 PM.
Yes, parking is available at PSG Convention Center. Arrive early on the day, especially before the 8 AM flag hoisting, since a large crowd is expected.
